Your first visit begins with a personalized consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, review your skin or wellness concerns, and recommend treatments that align with your needs. If appropriate, services may be performed the same day.
Are your treatments safe?
Yes. All treatments are performed by trained professionals using proven technologies and medically accepted protocols. We prioritize safety, efficacy, and transparency in every service we offer.
Are your services suitable for all skin tones?
Yes. Many of our treatments - including LED Light Therapy, HydraFacials, and microcurrent facials - are safe and effective for all skin tones when performed correctly. We take special care to recommend treatments that minimize the risk of hyperpigmentation and irritation.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
Some treatments deliver immediate visible results, while others work best as part of a series. During your consultation, we’ll explain what to expect and help you plan a schedule that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Many of our services, such as HydraFacials, LED Light Therapy, and microcurrent facials, have little to no downtime. Injectable and body treatments may involve brief recovery periods, which will be discussed in advance.
Do you offer injectables?
Yes. Our injectable services include dermal fillers for volume restoration and fat-dissolving injections for targeted contouring. Treatments are designed to enhance natural features, not create an overdone appearance.
Can I purchase products without booking a service?
Yes. Our curated collection of skincare and body essentials is available independently or as part of your treatment plan.
How do I book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment?
Appointments can be booked directly through our online scheduler or via our F&B chat. To cancel or reschedule, please follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation or contact us directly.

We are located in downtown Walnut Creek, California, a central destination within Contra Costa County.
What are your hours?
Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday–Monday: Closed
We are closed on major U.S. holidays and operate reduced hours in December and January.
